Phase 1: Enable Sideloading on Fire Stick
- From Fire Stick home screen, press Home button → scroll to Settings (gear icon)
- Navigate to My Fire TV
- Select Developer Options
- Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources → confirm with Turn On
- Also enable ADB Debugging (helpful for future sideloads)
- Press Back to return — you only need to do this once
Phase 2: Install Downloader App
- From the Fire Stick home screen, select the Search icon (top menu)
- Type Downloader and select it from autocomplete results
- Select the Downloader app (orange icon, by AFTVnews) → tap Get / Download
- Wait for install → select Open
- When prompted, allow Downloader to access files
Phase 3: Download & Install IPTV Smarters APK
- In the Downloader URL box, enter the official IPTV Smarters Pro APK URL → press Go
- Downloader will fetch and download the APK — this takes about 30–60 seconds
- When download completes, tap Install
- Wait for installation to complete → tap Open to launch Smarters immediately
- Optional: return to Downloader and tap Delete to remove the APK file and free 20 MB of Fire Stick storage
Phase 4: Add Your IPTV Credentials
- In IPTV Smarters Pro, tap Add New User
- Select Xtream Codes API
- Enter:
• Any Name: e.g. "My IPTV Service"
• Username: your IPTV username
• Password: your IPTV password
• URL: your provider's server URL - Tap Add User — Smarters loads your channels (30–90 seconds)
- Tap your profile → select Live TV → choose a channel group and start watching

- Player engine: ExoPlayer works best on Fire Stick. If you see black screens, switch to VLC in Settings → Player Settings
