What you need for IPTV setup
Before starting any device-specific setup, make sure you have these three things ready:
- An IPTV subscription — you need credentials from your provider. Get a subscription here from $14.99/month. After purchase, your M3U URL and Xtream Codes credentials arrive by email within minutes.
- Your credentials email — your provider sends: Server URL, Username, Password (Xtream Codes) and/or an M3U URL. Keep this open on your phone while you set up on your TV.
- A stable internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps for HD. Wired ethernet is always better than Wi-Fi for IPTV. If using Wi-Fi, be close to your router.
✅ Pro tip: Have your credentials email open on your phone and your TV setup happening simultaneously. You'll need to type in the server URL, username, and password — having them on a second screen makes this much easier.
