These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV subscription service provided by iptv-service-subscription.us ("Service", "we", "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

We provide an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription service that delivers live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and TV series over the internet. Access is provided via M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes API credentials compatible with third-party IPTV player applications (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, etc.).

The Service is available to residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where IPTV services are legal. It is your responsibility to verify that using an IPTV service is permitted in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe
You must provide accurate and complete information at registration
Each subscription is for your personal, household use only — commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. Subscription and Billing

Plans: We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plans. Plan details and current pricing are listed at iptv-service-subscription.us/iptv-subscription/.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payment is processed by our secure payment partners. We do not store your payment card information.

Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will receive a reminder before your subscription expires. Manual renewal maintains your existing credentials and settings.

Activation: Your IPTV credentials are delivered by email within minutes of confirmed payment. If you do not receive them within 30 minutes, contact us via WhatsApp support.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Share, sell, resell, or redistribute your IPTV credentials to any third party
Use the Service for commercial broadcasting or public display without authorization
Attempt to circumvent connection limits, security measures, or access controls
Use the Service to stream content to more simultaneous devices than your plan allows
Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our servers or other users' service

⚠️ Credential sharing: Each subscription has a maximum simultaneous connection limit. Sharing credentials beyond this limit results in immediate service suspension without refund.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service quality. Our refund policy is straightforward:

Technical issues we cannot resolve: Full refund within 48 hours of purchase if we are unable to resolve a verified technical problem with your service.
Change of mind: No refund after credentials have been delivered and the service has been accessed, as digital subscription services are consumed immediately upon delivery.
Duplicate payments: Full refund for accidental duplicate charges — contact us immediately.
Service outages: Pro-rated credit applied for extended outages exceeding 24 hours that are attributable to our infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime across our server infrastructure. Occasional brief maintenance windows may occur, typically announced in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific channels, as content availability may be affected by factors outside our control (broadcast rights changes, source stream availability, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

The content available through the Service is provided under applicable licensing agreements. You acknowledge that all content accessed through the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to use the Service only for personal, private viewing and not to record, distribute, or publicly display any content accessed through the Service without authorization from the rights holder.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms
Share or resell your credentials
Engage in fraudulent activity
Exceed your plan's simultaneous connection limit repeatedly

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iptv-service-subscription.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
