Subscription Reactivates

Your subscription is extended within 2–10 minutes of payment. If you renewed before expiry, the new period starts from your previous expiry date (no gap, no overlap). If you renewed after expiry, it starts from the renewal date.

What Happens When Your IPTV Subscription Expires

Understanding what to expect at expiry helps avoid confusion when it happens. Here's exactly what occurs:

Active Subscription

Streams load normally. EPG updates. All channels available. All apps function correctly. This is the normal state during your subscription period.

Expiry Approaching (3-5 days)

You receive a WhatsApp reminder. Streams still work normally. No degradation in service. Renew any time during this window to ensure continuity.

Subscription Expired

Streams stop loading. Apps show authentication error or empty channel list. Your credentials are not deleted — reactivation is instant upon renewal payment.

Your Credentials Never Change

The M3U URL, server address, username, and password in your IPTV apps remain identical after renewal. The only thing that changes is your subscription's expiry date on the server side. You never need to update any app settings or re-enter credentials after renewing.

Renewing Early vs After Expiry

Renewing Before Expiry (Recommended)

If you renew before your subscription expires, the new period starts from your existing expiry date — not from the payment date. This means you lose nothing by renewing early. A monthly subscriber who renews 5 days early still gets their full 30-day period added on top of the remaining 5 days.

Example: Your subscription expires July 15. You renew on July 10. New expiry = August 15 (or August 14 for a 30-day extension from July 15). The 5 remaining days aren't lost.

Renewing After Expiry

If your subscription has already expired when you renew, the new period starts from the renewal activation date. If you let it lapse for 2 weeks and then renew monthly, you get 30 days from the renewal date. There's no penalty for lapsing — you just don't get the lapsed time back.

Don't Let It Expire During Big Events

If you have a Super Bowl, UFC fight, or NBA playoff game coming up and your subscription expires around that time, renew a few days early. Renewal takes minutes, but if you wait until game time and there's any delay, you'll miss the start. Check your expiry date now by asking us on WhatsApp.

How to Check Your IPTV Subscription Expiry Date

There are three ways to check when your subscription expires:

In TiviMate, go to Settings → Playlists → select your playlist. The screen shows playlist info including the expiry date if the server returns subscription status information (not all servers do — ask us on WhatsApp if you don't see it here).

Method 3: Check via Xtream Codes Login

Use your Xtream Codes credentials: visit your server URL in a browser: http://[server]:[port]/get.php?username=XXX&password=XXX&type=m3u_plus — the server response includes your account expiry date in the header data.

Renewal Response Times

Renewal is handled manually via WhatsApp. Here's how long to expect based on when you message:

You can switch to any plan at renewal — you're not locked into what you had before. Common scenarios:

Had 3 connections for a family but the kids moved out? Downgrade to a 1 or 2-connection plan at renewal and pay less. Just message us on WhatsApp with your desired connection count when renewing.

Switching from Monthly to Annual
